must hold (digital, seconds) before the device reports it. Saved against
the device type and applied to every device in the series.
Devices in this Series
What each device is actually running. Confirmed means the
device acked the value it applied; not confirmed means it
was sent and never acknowledged — the device was offline, or runs firmware
older than the config-ack build. Nothing is queued for an offline device,
so re-apply once it is back online. Override a single device where the
installation differs from the series.
